Had a lovely stay in a spacious room with a sea view. The cozy little sofa area was perfect for relaxing. Enjoyed the beachfront access and the chill vibes by the aqua park. The only downside was the slightly squeaky bedroom doors, but it didn’t really bother us much. 😊

The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. the limited window opening and lack of wardrobe space were not ideal. paying for parking via a personal account felt unusual and could be improved.

Perfect for Families
The host was nice, even went the extra mile carrying our bags upstairs, which was a nice touch. The communal kitchen was surprisingly well kitted, we cooked up some meals together and it felt like home.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still manageable considering the comfort.

this place was a little gem! the staff were super friendly n really helpful. the room was clean n comfy, with a mini-fridge too. loved that the beach was just a 2-min walk away! definitely felt secure here with all the good security around.
only thing i would change is the check-out time, it was too early. also, the bed was kinda small for a couple.

Only a 2-minute walk to the beach, spacious twin room layout, close proximity to Southend's restaurants and bars
Paying for parking through a personal bank account felt sketchy!!! The ground floor room lacked fresh air due to sealed windows, and the noise from upstairs guests was quite bothersome!!!

Great spot, friendly vibes!
Spent a night in a twin room with a private bath. The staff were super nice and helpful, which made our stay better. Location's awesome, right where you wanna be. One thing though, place can be a bit noisy at night, so keep that in mind if you like it quiet. Breakfast was tasty too.

If you're after a proper treat, head out to the Ice Cream Emporium or Gyroland for mouth-watering bites that’ll make your taste buds dance! Plus, the location is dead on, with so many fine eateries just a stone's throw away.
Had a right hassle finding the place since there's another Inn with the same name, ended up dropping £72 on taxis! And sharing a bathroom ain’t my cup of tea, honestly.

The customer service was outstanding and made the stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and always clean, with fresh towels provided daily. the parking situation was disappointing, with limited spaces and an additional fee despite empty spots. there were issues with heating control which affected comfort, especially with a young child. I enjoyed Vienna Beef hot dogs at the nearby eateries, which added a nice touch to the trip.

A Hidden Gem in Portsmouth!
Our stay was unexpectedly delightful! We loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The shared kitchen was a surprise bonus, perfect for late-night snacks. Pro tip, ask for a room with its own bathroom for added privacy!
